I was using FBB Style Up SBI credit card which expired on August 2022. With the closure of all FBB outlets, the benefits of the card was minimized and SBI was offering vouchers other than FBB. I got several calls to take another SBI Credit Card (Simply Click) for which I was not interested and conveyed the customer care several time that I don’t want to continue the service any more. Moreover, as I have changed my address, I asked to not send the renewed Credit card and close it. Still SBI card sent me a statement with the annual charges for the next year whereas I don’t have a valid credit card with me. I have raised a ticket with them, but I am not getting any fruitful solution. Ticket ID [Interaction Id: 1-185663191740]
