I have brought Eureka Forbes NIRCH HD model purifier, When person came for installation Mother board complaint, Team has replaced board instead of machine. I think it was duplicate part.
Recently i renewed AMC and again the engineer came and replaced filter in the month of October from day one after changing filter machine not working i have called several times to customer care no response from team they are just time passing with smart replies like we are working it has been 3 months machine down still issue not resolved.
I have asked to return money or replace machine, But no response from customer support team.
