Bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from HS Enterprise (Shipley) Limited. All communication was done via WhatsApp. They sent me a video of the car which looked fine. They agreed to deliver it the next day (70 miles) when it arrived I noticed a knocking noise from the front when ticking over. This was reported to the dealer immediately. They asked me to get it checked out locally. My local garage found the noise was likely to be flywheel/clutch related, the clutch was slipping and the DPF seemed to be full as it stank of diesel fumes. I advised the dealer of their findings, they denied there was a problem despite the report. They said they would speak to my local garage and that was the last communication I received from them. I have told them under the Consumer protection act I was rejecting the car as it wasn’t of satisfactory quality or described. They have just ignored me, by doing this I have no choice but the start legal proceedings to recoup my money.

I’ve had the same issue but when I filed my claim hs enterprise and director Mr Ahmed hassan were listed at being at 18 Westcliffe Rd shipley now hs enterprise have changed address according to companies House to a PO. Address Bartle House Oxford Road Manchester m23wq.
Mr qasim is still residing at 18 Westcliffe Rd.
