Text of Complaint by Srinivasan:

I am a consumer given a non working UPS and have been raising complaints to replace the faulty backup UPS device which airtel provides but they are not replacing or not refunding the amount I paid on 26-July-2023.

I have started raising multiple service requests to them and also have been escalating to appellate for more than three weeks. No action is being taken and I am only getting standard response of it will be fixed in 24 hours but in the backend the ticket is marked closed.

I have been facing this issue for more than three weeks now and appellate is also not taking correct action or not refunding my amount.

I request to take punishment action against the authorities and help me get the amount I lost with Airtel of Rs.1500.

Below is the one mail chain that is going on between me and authorities, everyday I have to call them to reopen the ticket so they can either fix it or refund it. But they are not doing neither of them.
