I bought my first ever poco x3 a year ago after saving my scholarship and I was using it fine until last night.
Upon purchasing the poco x3 I was fillied with joy as it was my first phone and I had a great time using it .. It didn’t give me any problems or issues . Everything was going normal but sadly it had to end there .. A month ago ,I updated my phone and things started changing for the worse . My phone started to reboot itself and go off sometimes. I was somehow coping up with the issues but last night , I totally lost it..My phone didn’t turn on even after holding the power button for 10 sec. I tried surffing the internet and YouTube to find a solution but couldn’t. I wasn’t able to back up any of my data as it was very sudden ,it didn’t give any notice or warning and simply just went off. The data i lost is immensely valuable to me.. Moreover I always maintain my phone at its finest and this I can say that it wasn’t my fault when this incident took place. The phone just shutted- off by itself cause of the faulty updates the company made…I don’t wish to seek any financial aid but I only want my phone to be repaired without charging any amount as it was clearly the fault of the Company and not me.
