Customer ID 3005767261.REQUESTED TO UPGRADE FROM HD TO ANDROID STB WAS INSTALLED ON 3RD APRIL 2019. THERE IS A TECHNICAL ISSUE IN ANDROID STB WHICH WAS CHANGED..UNABLE TO VIEW “NETFLIX ” CHANNEL..SINCE 3RD APRIL TILL TODAY 4TH MAY, 31 DAYS PASSED, SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WERE LODGED, TECHNICIAN VISITED, BUT STB IS NOT CHANGED..UR SERVICE CENTER ‘VEE CONNECT ‘ STAFF IS NOT COOPERATIVE, N TAKING THIS ISSUE LIGHTLY.I HAD VISITED THE OFFICE TWICE .SEEMS THAT STAFF HAS A GUD NETWORK YO SUPPORT EACH OTHER N HUDWINK THE CUSTOMER IN OFFICE. REQUEST U ONCE AGAIN YO PLS. RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP. HOPEFULLY APPRECIATE FOR AN EARLY RESPONSE.
