Dear Team,
I am writing to report a serious issue with my newly purchased Samsung Galaxy S24 (details below).

Within just 10–15 minutes of normal usage this morning (basic data transfer and setup activities), the device became unusually warm. What concerns me most is that one of the wide camera lenses fogged up, even though the device was in a controlled indoor environment. This strongly suggests that there may have been moisture trapped inside the unit before unboxing.

Given that this issue has appeared within half a day of first usage, I am extremely concerned about both the safety and long-term reliability of the device. Heating combined with internal fogging indicates a possible manufacturing defect or sealing issue.

My Jio SIM also got corrupted after insertion and had to get a new sim issued
