I purchased a Panasonic viera refurbished TV from gozefo and was delivered by 2nd November 2020, by 15 December the TV is completely off and gives a red blinking light, as per google it has an issue with mother board, a representative came by 1st week of January 2021, it’s been more than 6 weeks the issue is still not resolved and always get a reply on email stating that they haven’t received the motherboard yet which is coming from Noida,however it’s been 2 months now we are without a working TV and we’ve paid 24000 for it, have emailed that either I want it fixed in 3 days or a full refund and a compensation for all inconvenience, still haven’t received any ackknowledgment for it, pathetic service from Gozefo and will never recommended.
