Syska Elara SDI 200 Iron was not working and under warranty period so same was sent to company’s pune service outlet after raising complaint and pick up order by company through Delhivery courier service on dated 8th August and reached on 10th August but yet no satisfactory update from company regarding complaint resolution and estimated time frame required for product delivery even after several communication in this regard.
