I am a business customer of yours and holding three sound box. I am continuously following the Paytm team where my sound box has not worked for the last 2 months and still I am paying the rental. Any Paytm done by the customer, the notification of acceptance is not coming from the sound box. Even the charging is not happening. Serval phone calls and complaints have been registered but every time we get new dates of replacement. It was totally not acceptable. The biggest digital payment acceptance company in India is serving like this. I hope this message will definitely reach senior management to help them understand what is the ground reality.
