I have purchase smart watch though Fire Boltt website, the details is as below:

Product Name: Smart Watch Ninja 3 BSW030 Green
Invoice Date: 31.05.2022
Customer Order number:DE2CO159069
Invoice Number:DE2RI2223116963
Amount: 1799/-

Device is not get charged after 2 days, i complain to fire boltt customer care on but no response received from them , i have been complain to site more than 5 times . no one response and give us the status.
they we did same things with many customer , hence you are requested to take action against the FIRE BOLTT company.
