As my sim suddenly disappeared the network in my mobile and i am not able to make any calls & messages. So I reached the VI store, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. One of the customer care executive Ms. Sulekha said that i have to pay Rs.100/- for sim replacement as per company policy, I said, I am ready to pay Rs.100/- .
But they charges for Blocked/ Lost sim.
