My order of the Product PUMA FUSE 2.0 one8 Training &Gym Shoes For Men delivered to me was already a faulty product as the soul of the shoes was seems like to be dusty & black and also shoes was too tight for me to wear…..Hence I put my order in return on the same day which it was delivered to me i.e on 9/02/2023…..The other day delivery agent pickup the order from me and then 1 day after i.e on 11/02/2023 they send me a message that the Article number is mismatched …..I have attached all the proof by my side regarding the product and send it to Customer Care officer so many times but they are not helping me ….They are saying me to wait for 24hrs…48hrs from 11/02/2023 but they are not providing me with any resolution for my issue …. At last today on 20/02/2023 they have cancel my Request of Refund again and also there is no option to put in refund form the Flipkart app….3 and more times i have send the attached proof of the product to the Customer care still from 11/02/2023 there’s not a single solution to my issue
I need a proper resolution for my order as the mistake is by your end also I m fed by dialing calls to you guys again and again and after that by ur end the reply comes that the return is rejected ….
Please take a priority look to my issue as already so many days is passed & even refund request option is cancelled ……Hence, I need a quick resolution to this problem and my amount to be refunded on an urgent basis
