- I had swapped my set top box last june (8.6.20) because I do recharge my set top box for 1 year. This time again after 6 months (after warranty period) my set top box is not working. Is it a decorum that every after 6 months i shall b swapping my set top box??? I would like to get a permanent solution as early as possible.
- I have already complained through toll free at about 9.30 am today but they will send their mechanic to me at 4.p.m .Is it a service to a customer???
