today morning i booked a vogo electric scooter from RMMS parel mumbai, scooter was locked i choose the scooter the it didnt unlocked and accelerate, i cancel the ride and again done the same procedure but scooter didnt unlock, then i left the scooter as it is condition and left for office , but when i reopen vogo app now they are saying pay 106 rupee. its fraud cheating i didn’t use their faculty scooter still they want me to pay
