We have bought a 48 inch led samsung tv in july 2015. For 1 month the tv was working good. But after that white patches are started to appear on bottom wall of tv. Then we registered a complaint and they said its panel problem and changed the panel. Inspite of resolving the problem it got worst. More patches are started to appear. When asked about the same, they started saying its IPS panel and it is basic feature. We are unable to see the picture clearly and we didnt saw the same thing while buying. When asked to change it they are saying its not a problem and they will not do anything. Please help us to get Tv replaced or refund of money.
