Respected Sir/Madam,
I purchased a whirlpool fridge in Ahmedabad from Amazon on 7 November 2020. This Month in May 4 2021 it had Severe Cooling Issues and everything therefore in Fridge is started getting spoiled. I lodged Complain in Whirlpool Customer Care on 4th May 2021 (Complaint no: AHM04052152530). Technician Visited on 5 May and checked my Fridge and told that Heater and Coil of Fridge is not Working and hence these parts needs to be Replaced by Company as the fridge is under warrenty .Since Then I Contacted Customer Care Many times and written the mail to whirlpool as well to ask when my issue will be resolved. For last 10 days I am getting only one Reply that We don’t have parts to Replace and hence when Parts will be available from Company my refrigerator will be Repaired. Irony is that they are not able to figure out when the Parts will be available.
When I Enquired, came to Know that this Model now discontinued by the company as many such complain logged already by the customer across India.
For last 10 days I m without refrigerator and facing challenges to Manage as I hav two kids and I am not able to store perishable items like milk ‘other dairy products frozen foods and vegetables even for a day and therefore have to go out everyday to buy and hence exposing me and my family to Covid in this Pandemic.
Everyday someone new will call me from Customer care and I have to narrate the same story again and again
Today I Got a call from Whirlpool that we have shortage of parts and we are not Sure when the parts will be available .Hence we can’t confirm when Fridge will be Repaired .
I Requested also to the concerned that if you Can’t Manage Parts of a model that already discontinued by you please replace the fridge with similar feature as I can’t wait for so long in this extremely hot Summer and Pandemic situation.
After 10 Days of lodging complain and extreme suffering in this Hot Summer I am clue less when the issue will be Resolved.

I have the exactly same problem. I bought a whirlpool fridge for my parents. In few months time, the cooling has reduced to almost nothing. We have been calling the service center and 3 people have already come and gone. Still the condition of the fridge remains the same. When we call the service center they say that part has to be changed and that has not come. Now they do not even respond to our calls. We are totally fed up. My parents are unable to use the fridge. All vegetables get spoilt. They cannot go out every day to get vegetables. Really regretting having bought a whirlpool fridge.
मुझे ठीक वैसी ही समस्या है। मैंने अपने माता-पिता के लिए एक व्हर्लपूल फ्रिज खरीदा। कुछ महीनों के समय में, शीतलन लगभग कुछ भी कम नहीं हुआ है। हम सर्विस सेंटर पर फोन कर रहे हैं और 3 लोग पहले ही आ-जा चुके हैं. अभी भी फ्रिज की स्थिति जस की तस है। जब हम सर्विस सेंटर को बुलाते हैं तो वे कहते हैं कि पार्ट बदलना है और वह आया नहीं है। अब वे हमारे कॉल का भी जवाब नहीं देते हैं। हम पूरी तरह से तंग आ चुके हैं। मेरे माता-पिता फ्रिज का उपयोग करने में असमर्थ हैं। सारी सब्जियां खराब हो जाती हैं। वे रोज सब्जी लेने बाहर नहीं जा सकते। वास्तव में एक व्हर्लपूल फ्रिज खरीद कर पछता रहे हैं।
