I had purchased a new refrigerator Whrilpool REF FP343D PROTTON ROYAL ALPHA STEEL on 21.08.2021. Device conked off on 14th Septmber not even in 15days!! delaer Vijay Sales P Ltd Haveli Pune Inv no PGD-B-S111368 dated 21.08.2021. Fridge was replaced but replaced fridge also has stopped working since last 15 days..Dealer is refusing to Pay back the money and is stating that he is going to get it repaired as per company policy. What type of policy is this.
