Dear Team,
- I got the 2 products on Sunday (30th June 2019) one refrigerator and 1 washing machine and both are faulty one which I reported on 1st July only. I wanted that to be replaced or repaired asap. As per customer care replacement is not possible and issue can be resolved in 48 hrs.I do not want to suffer so long being we need products only for 2 months . Despite of calling them and writing them many times dit not receive and response till now toda when I called customer care got to know that problem can not be solved before Friday ,are these people really real they are so unprofessional ,unethical and cheaters .Mr. Sujan who did this deal for us and assured us of any kind service his number is 9036181102. He is also not responding such unethical people Zefo have I am surprised .
- ) Refrigerator does not work at all, it does not cool anything seems gas is not there. My all things (approximately cost is 2000 INR) got wasted in a single day. 2) Washing machine jumps on the entire floor while spinning and can damage the things near by. Please look on this issue as the earliest.
- I am really pissed of with Mr. Sujan and other customer care staff of Gozefo , I would have ordered thirst thing from Furlenco who are very professional unlike gozefo .These gozefo people are not even having the courtesy to care for their customer very unprofessional.
- I am mentally harassed by these people by not responding and not evening answering the questions on phone apart from it can not be resolved before Friday and senior people of customer care was also not available to talk .got to know that Wednesday is off in gozefo .
- Kindly look into this and do the needful
