I have order the Kichaoda K108 mobile product to my father (live at Native) through Flipkart which will be the cost of Rs.1903/- and it was delivered on 9th October 2023. After that, my father was not able to assemble the product kept with them, after 2 weeks we was completed assembled with the help of other person. But product was not working. So he informed me and I told him to send back to me and I will check with service center. Then I came to know delivered product is wrong Kechaoda A6 worth approximate of Rs. 1400/- with damaged battery. After that, I tried to complaint with Flipkart about investigation on this. But refused to take complaint. Even no body helping to claim my 1year warranty. Request your help on justice here. Thanks.
