Text of Complaint by Rozy Chahdha:

This is to bring in your kind knowledge that I Rozy Chadha, a long term valuable customer of Flipkart ordered a BePure RO from your Platform on 4th of May which was supposed to be delivered on 7th May as per the updates on the portal. I received that product after so much delay then the Taps were missing in the RO. I connected with the Flipkart team for information and then they gave me a contact person details who looks after all the Bepure matters in our Zone that is Ms. Bhagyashree with contact details 7021790310. I tried reaching this lady many times and informed her about the same. She told me that there will be a Technician visit who will decide what to do next. The Technician assigned to me Mr. Manish Singh with contact details 9129251144 who misbehaved on the very first call for which I informed Flipkart and Bhagyashree as well. She said she will take care of it. After 10 calls that person came to visit me and reported to his seniors that both the taps are missing for which they said they will courier the missing parts and as soon as I get the missing parts it will be installed immediately. Again after so many calls the installation person came to install the RO and I paid him for his services as I was instructed. Now the RO is neither functioning nor there is any water in the outlet nor the tank is getting full as informed to me by the Technician. To which I informed him again. For the last two days he is saying he will visit me and look into it. Now today he is calling me and sayin I need to take out a video of the RO and share it with the seniors so that they can decide what is the issue and how to repair it.
Now my question to you is regarding Flipkart and Bepure, is your customer a fool paying for a new product and getting this type of service? After so many calls and complaints when I pay completely for a new product there is no service or response from either flipkart or Bepure. Also the Technician is a representative of Bepure now he will decide if the product is working or not. Is your customer a fool telling you again and again that I am facing issues but there is no one to listen.
It’s a gentle request to listen to your customers and be customer centric at times. All I want from your end is approval for return and refund for this product which has made me cry a lot till now.
