This is regarding a high value order having order no.171-6219977-8037922(OnePlus Nord 2 5g ), I had ordered this on 05.05.2022. The mobile phone had a manufacturing defect of pixelated display . The product was then qualified for replacement by amazon and the same product was ordered by amazon as replacement. The delivery of the replacement order and pickup of the faulty phone was scheduled on 28.05.22 but the delivery agent didn’t gave me my order as he couldn’t complete verification on the faulty mobile due to its display issue.Then the replacement order got automatically cancelled..
Then I again contacted Amazon and they assured me refund on return of the faulty product.
But the return hasn’t happened till date . The return has been scheduled many times but get cancelled without any reason saying that “pickup refused by customer” .
Now I want amazon to either give me my refund or complete the return pickup process sucessfully
