Go Zefo is a very unprofessional company in India. They do not know about customer satisfaction. They do not care about their service level. They have fix answer of customer’s problem and that is “Sorry Sir we can’t help you in this”.
I have bought a TV from gozefo.com and that we found defective then after very much hard work with their staff we got same product repaired but again we found that product faulty now we have asked them for refund then they bluntly denied and advices us to replace the product when after so much argument we asked them to replace the TV then they said product is out of stock.
This a pure harassment they have taken 12000 rupees and now they do not bother about their customer and his satisfaction.
