Text of Complaint by Prashant:

I ordered a product named Agaro Rejoice foot messager on 15th september, but I received a faulty product from Amazon. I asked for a replacement which was again faulty. Then finally I asked for return of the item which was approved on 18th september and the product was to be picked up the next day.
On the said day, the product was not picked up and the pickup was cancelled by the concerned personnel. I again raised a request spending about an hour on phone with the customer care where it was assured that the product will be picked up. But again the same thing happened.
This process went on for few more times and then after more than a week I was told in writing from amazon that if the product is not picked by 29th on september, then on 30th september an advance refund will be initiated with a No objection certificate (attached is the email for reference). When this did not happen either, I called amazon customer care again today asking for a resolution to which I was made to talk for an hour and then the customer care representative (named Bhupendar) hung up on me after being rude on the call. I have recording for the same which can be uploaded if provided with a platform. Please help with resolution as I am left with a faulty product and the money is with amazon
