aulty Product Delivered. Dear Sir, Please find the trail mail in which after your interference I got my LG refrigerator delivered to my home on 25th June 2021 for which I will remain ever grateful to you ,sir but with deep sorrow I would like to inform you the post sales experience with me as the refrigerator got malfunctioned on 13th March 2023(TCR no-W47986/02486) which is hardly less than 2 years and for which I had to pay 1420/- rupees and today after 4 months again I am facing cooling issues and after inspection from the authorized engineer I got to know that the fan motor again got malfunctioned and the repair costed me around 1576 rupees also as per the service engineer this particular model has cooling issues and a failed model. Sir I wanted to know from you that why was I given a faulty and failure model which gets malfunctioned often also I would request you to take serious action against the team who gave this faulty model to me in the name of upgrade model which i had not even asked for. Sir I strongly believe that for home appliances LG is the only best brand available in the market and being a old customer i blindly have faith in LG products but my pasts experience are horrible and somewhere iam bound to think otherwise.
