I have ordered a wifi ups on Amazon and it was delivered on 4th July. Product was not received in working condition. When I wanted to raise return request, I noticed that delivery status was not updated in the Amazon app. I called customer care and explained the issue. They said they will investigate and update the delivery status. It was not done until today (20th Jul). Today when I called customer care again to check the status, they deny to accept that product actually delivered to me and they refused to issue return/refund. I have the digital invoice with me, which they are not accepting. Product cost is Rs. 1999. I want my faulty product to be taken away and I want my money back.
