Text of Complaint by Tanmoy Bhattacharya:

OD222214907187840000 was my initial order and they committed delivery on 4th Jul 21 but failed and above all the Ekart delivery boy lied everytime. After several followup with Flipkart got the product on 5th Jul 21 and when open the box found broken UPS. Immediately requested for Return (Replacement ID: 12202223341883668321) as I want the UPS on urgent basis because my existing UPS gone faulty suddenly. My son was unable to attend his online classes from Desktop due to this.

Now they are saying that my Return request they will approve on 7th Jul 21 and no proper reason for such delay as I want the replacement immediately.

They are less bother about customers issue as they don’t have any idea when I can get the replacement.

Please help to get the replacement before 7 Jul 21.
