Dear

Am appalled by the products and the customer service you provide. I purchased an amazon fire tv stick from Your retail outlet in velachery, Chennai, India  on 15/06/2020 ( payment ref number : 9192104001915062020, Invoice number : 919210420500372 ).
My fireTV stick has software issues due to which I am unable to connect to the network, hence proving to be a huge burden for me to try and get it replaced.
I contacted amazon customer service on 20/06/2020. I got a customer service agent and she tried to resolve the issue which took two hours and finally she accepted that there is a fault on the product and said she will raise a ticket for the refund. She promised she will send a mail which until now i have not received. Infact she called me back from this number 7902685030 stating that i have to raise an order (Buy) for amazon fire stick thru amazon app and after that she will raise a ticket for the refund. On what basis will i believe her words and again waste another Rs.3999/. Infact i have not received any mail nor has she raised any complaint (which i came to know when i called up the customer care again). i tried reaching her on the number which she called but she did not answer. So I again tried reaching the customer care and a guy from hyderabad had answered the call and i narrated the whole issue and he put my call on hold for 40 minutes and the call got disconnected without any information. He did not bother to call me back after that. I took the trouble of calling again and had to reiterate the whole issue and had to make sure that she raised my complaint.
Kindly suggest either replacement of the product or the refund for the purchased product .
This complaint raised may be a simple replacement or faulty product, But the mere mental torture that i have been put through to contact the customer service just to raise a complaint is undesirable and not expected from amazon. I do believe this issue will get sorted in due time through right channels, but this may affect my future purchase of amazon products.
I simply ask for better customer service.
