I had ordered saregama Carvaan Mini SCM02 3 W Bluetooth Speaker (Moonlight Black, Stereo Channel) for my mom on mother’day this year i.e on 9th May. The s product worked well for first 2 months though the radio dint work since the beginning but after 2 months product has completely stopped functioning. This product is very special for me and my mom and she loved this gift but it is very disappointing that just after 2 months the product has completed stopped working. there is a 6 months warranty on this product and I am continuously trying to reach the customer care to resolve this issue but it is not yet resolved. this kind of service and product from Flipkart is not at all expected. I request to either fix this issue or return the product.
