Hi Team,
I have bought the Voltas AC from Vijay Sales on 12th Oct’21 whereas installation was done from Voltas Cool Service Centre on 16th Oct’21 afterthat which I am facing below mentioned issue.
1. Water Pipe not fitted properly due to that its leaking from AC
2. Tapes not banded on copper pipe & wire in outdoor
3. All pipe and wire not fitted properly
4. Stablizer not fiited, clamp not fitted due to that wire is coming out of surface
5. 1000rs Charge for installation instead of 700rs (After my complaint your Cool Zone Service Centre send thr 300 rs via phone pe)
Above are the issue am facing and if you are not able to provide the good service to customer then for what you have take 2250 rs, refund my money and will get the same installation done from outside, as you are cheating with your customers wherein will raise my complaint in consumer court also please attached the video and picture of the issues as well.
After my complaint got the call from Cool Service centre and he told me that is not our fault and we have already informed to each and every thing also not ready to listen anything,
When i asked him that why you have extra charged “He replied to me mein apko phone pe kr rha hu aur unhone phone pe par payment bhi krdi jo ki documented proof hai aur mere pass bill bhi hai should i go to consumer court and raise the complaint against the Voltas and Vijay Sales for these fraud.
I also asked him that why you didn’t band tape on copper pipe/wire, clamp was not fiited as well.
“Then he replied abhi barish ka mausam hai jab dhup niklegi tb mein aauga aur tape lagwa degey aur clamp bhi lagwa degey.. Please answer to me ki ye 10 ya 20rs ki tape aur clamp ki chindi chori expect krta hai customer Voltas/Vijay Sales say,
Asked him for water leaking as well but he not ready to listen anything on this due to that again i complaint
After my complaint got the call from Ankit (Customer Care) and he understand the issue very well also arrange the confrence call with Cool Service Centre but again he was on the same page after that he lined up on his Area Manager Mr Radha Shyam wherein he also understand the issue very well
After that issue was resolved but no again facing the problem wherein AC is not working properly also we are unable to raise request or schedule appointment for the same as getting error which is pathetic kindly help to us for refund my money as no one get the resolution
