I bought a oppo f21 pro phone from filpkart on 7th August 2022, when I woke yo today morning the phone was completely dead.. Took it to the Oppo service centre and to my shock they said the motherboard is corrupted and the phone is not under warranty because the phone IMI was activated on June 4th 2022. How is it possible wen I got my phone in hand on August 7th , however it is activated on june 4th. Hence, the service said it could be refurbished phone whr I bought a new phone from flipkart.

I raised a ticket IN23070813004780337004 and they said I have to wait till July 13th, Why should I wait for so long when i have a proof of invoice that flipkart sent a faulty phone instead of a new one. I want immediate solution as my phone access very important to me
