I have a placed a order for the new phone MI 10i 5G approximately for twenty thousand I have got a faulty phone and I have called and placed a replacement or refund for the multiple times no is coming up and picking up my phone and it’s been more then 10 15calls which I have made to Amazon it’s been more then 3 times refund request which was not completed by Amazon i have spoken with many advisor no one helped an advisor gave me false information that my pick up will be done on 30th January I have written mail for that it’s was a false promise done and last advisor hang up the call on me
