I had purchased Oreva room heater model-ORCH 1216 in December 2021. Which started malfunctioning(heating tube not working) after two weeks. On complaint the product was replaced but the new one again started malfunctioning(heating tube not working) after 12 days. This time shop keeper says company has denied for replacement and stated that every other customer is facing the same problem.
I request refund of total money as the product is of low quality which does not even sustain a month where as they claim a warranty of 1 year excluding heating Tube and the Tube itself stop working after use of couple of weeks.
