My Consumer number in Tatasky is 12677771, my tatasky was showing a cashback of 15% through Payzapp, but Payzapp’s App was showing 10% cashback. Called tatasky customer support and had discussion. Afternoon got a call from tatasky with a commitment of 15% cashback, did recharge of Rs. 500 and in evening got another call from Tatasky, stating that cashback will only be 10%.
Please help.
