I brought a Nokia TV from ww.flipkart.com. After few months the TV was not getting turned on, I raised a complaint, the TV was replaced. But after 2 months the issue came back and the TV was repaired and again now the issue came back.
Basically the TV they sold is faulty and the issues are coming up now and then.
Below are the issues
Either TV won’t turn on or it gets turned off on its own.
And when I press the power button the display goes off(this is fine), but when I press the power button again it boots up from starting. Ideally it should start from where the screen has been turned off.
I am looking for a refund for the TV as the issue keeps coming up and my warranty will expire in a month. Getting it repaired after the warranty will be a costly affaire. I raised complaint with filpkart.com but there is no proper reply them.
