hello. i have bought scooter with details
MODEL: R30
PURCHASE DATE; APRIL 2022
LOCATION: FARIDABAD
DEALER : OM ELECTRIC, OLD FARIDABAD
from september 2022 moter of my scooter stopped working. and the dealer have fooled me for 2 moths and then said he has closed his dealership. then i went to DNH okinawa, ballabhgarh and he said that moter is needed to be replaced and he has placed order for replacement of the same on 5/12/2022. but still now he said he havent received replacement. i have also contacted okinawa customer care several time but no action taken so far.
