Hi, I bought a iPhone from flipkart and that phone was faulty and not even switching on, so I raised a return request with them and for that they given three days resolution time. After number of follow up with them finally pickup boy came after two days with a replacement phone and said that he has been told to switch ON the phone and verify everything inside.
Since phone was faulty and it could not be switched on, so he refused to accept to replacement the phone because the phone was faulty and not working.
I called flipkart and asked them to return this phone and refund the amount but till now there is no update from them.
I am seriously very frustrated with flipkart as they are not taking this issue seriously.
