We had requsited to activate a international roaming pack 3999/- for 30 days for the mobile no 9810088563 on 03.10.2021 around 5.29 PM through mail to ‘[email protected] ater that we have received a high value bill for internatianl call we made during the places we stay overseas. we want the refund of the whole amount 23917.42 (vide bill no. BM22071006729391 dated 03.11.2021 an relationship no. 102-100656136) for the negligence, mistake and unprofessional attitute shown by airtel people by levying penalty of a hefty bill on us.
