Text of Complaint by Vivek Bhatia:

I purchased 4 LG ACs from TataCliq website in March 2018, out of which 3 ac are working fine.
1 of the AC is not giving cooling right from the beginning. I raised compliant within warrenty period but there was no resolution slowing the cooling kept reducing and finally in 2020 raised complaint again and service centre didn’t check properly and just filled gas and 2 months after again AC stopped giving cooling. It was coil issue for which now LG is so money minded and asking for part charges when the product was faulty right from the begining.
In this scorching heat product is with service centre and they asking me to pay first. I want higher authority in LG to address the concern and compensate for agony.
