I bought a Redmi Led TV from Amazon and they delivered faulty Led with wrong Serial Number. I also raised a ticket number V756043286. It’s been a 2 months I am following up via call or chat but no solution provided me yet.
They always ask me to wait 2 more days, 2 more days and repeat.
