This is in relation to a Asus laptop ordered via Paytm. A faulty laptop has been delivered which extreme slow performance issue from Day1. I logged the complaint with Asus on 11 March and laptop has been checked by their executives three times but couldn’t fix the same issue. At the end agree for replace after numerous chaser and request. Simultaneously I raised replacement request with Paytm because replacement period was going to expire and Paytm has given 20 March as the date of replacement. But, nothing heard back anything until now. I am trying regressly to connect with them for last 10 days but no contact details are available and not responding to my messages. I need an urgent help.
