I have ordered Peter England men’s skinny jeans from Flipkart, after one wash, started releasing its colour and got patches on the pant. It’s been only 20days and the product is so bad we can’t use it further and their customer care people are literally useless, as per them after 10days policy they can’t help customers any more, it’s not their responsibility at all even if the product is faulty or bad quality. It’s shocking coz any other onliners has atleast one month policy and they are very supportive plus their products are genie unlike Flipkart- they give fake products under big brands to loot customers and make more money for themselves.
I think PE brand should consider such issues and take strickt acions agains it.
