On 27th August 2022 i made an advance payment of Rs.2121 towards my new hathway internet connection. I have been facing issues with the slow and faulty internet connection since 2 days . I made atleast 15-20 and my issue has not been resolved yet.customer care agents do not create any tickets upon calling and make me repeat the same issue over and over again.many times agents simply disconnect the calls without giving resolution. I request that either my entire advance amount be refunded or resolve my issue at the earliest.
