I have ordered a product named ‘Model Cotton Shirt Slim Casual (Pack of 4)’ with M-Size from a website (https://fusionofbrands.myshopline.com) named Fusion of Brands with the payment method cash on delivery. The product was delivered to me by ekart. The product I received is completely faulty, used, dirty & incomplete. They gave me product which was returned by many customers, as it has all the packets of different people with thier address, and the final packet was with my name. I genuinely feel this website is a fraud, I have purchased it to gift someone and it took me a lot of effort to collect this money. The delivery guy warned me before accepting the product, but I think it will be genuine of brand. I have tried to call on the numbers provided there in the website but it is either switch off or not valid numbers, I have complaint on the email Id too but it is also not in use (my complaint received back with remarks it is not valid ID). Please see these and help me to get my refund back and help other people too by taking action against this website.
