Last month brought a 2 tone Hitachi AC. Since installation, it failed to cool.
Initial 3 visit of vendor’s mechanic confirms no problem of GAS LEAKAGE and recommend Machine replacement.
1rst Hitachi official mechanic too diagnosed Machine to be faulty and recommended Machine replacement in his report.
Since then there has been no action from either of them. The Vendor only delays the calls with absurd reasons and on pressure has been sending GAS MECHANIC who in turn confirms no problem with GAS LEAKAGE and recommend Machine replacement.
Hitachi CC opens complain ticket and close it marking, “Customer Not Reachable”. Ironically, we have never been approached.
The Vendor is now trying to delay the process with new reasons always even when he got input from an official person that Machine Installed is faulty.
