Hi, I have purchased Google pixel 2XL phone on flipkart on 22nd Feb 2019. I received the phone on 25th Feb and then I checked the phone when I found that the camera has fluctuation issue. I called Google support and they checked the phone by sharing screen of my device. they agreed that problem is there and raised the ticket for collecting the device. They have outsourced the service and maintenance to B2X support company. B2X person then came and checked the phone and called his manager for permission to collect the phone. I showed him the recorder video of the fault. the collected the phone but again I received emails from B2X saying that this is not a problem, this is very normal and happens because of light reflections. they requested me in email to collect the phone and check whether the problem is still there. I said ok and I will return the phone if the problem still persists. When I received the phone the problem was still there, I again called Google and as per their request I sent them videos of the fault. then they again raised a ticket and arranged phone pickup from same person. after that same thing happened and this time that B2X person came with my device and other device of same model and showed me the same problem in that device and said this is the common problem in all the PIXEL 2XL phones. Now B2X team and Google support team is telling me to accept the phone as it is because they say that this is not a problem. My Your Google Support inquiry: Case ID [9-3584000025570] And the ticket no.- GL0061465 I was ready to get the replacement but now as they are saying this problem is there in all the phones of this model, I just want my refund. But they are not ready for that. Please help me. this is our hard earned money.

Did they refunded your money back?
I have also similar issues with Google support. They are delaying the service and not dispatching the phone from long time.
What is the Google address to which I can send a legal notice?
