I have a ordered a product from soundmania.online and my order number is EME14Jul124, Tracking ID 8630731246, and the order date is 14/07/2020.
I have ordered Sony Combo headphones from the website which was the combination of Sony WH-CH510 Wireless Bluetooth Headphone with wireless Bluetooth earbuds for Rs. 1698/- under the name of Parveen Kumar Goyal. But unfortunately, the product we received was fake written JBL wired headphones and it can be seen clearly. Moreover, the printed price of this product is written as Rs. 749/-.
Now, when i tried to contact them regarding the issue, firstly, there is no contact number on the site and there is email ID shown which appears to be unavailable as said by GMAIL.
I am attaching the photos of the product received as well as the message showing the order and mail received from Gmail.
