Dear sir /madam
We have purchased new royal Enfield himalyan bike in feb 2020 but since first service there is issue with bike sudunly shutoff in city riding which is problem not solved in 3-4 visit of service centre we have tried to escalate issue to higher authority but no one try to understand this situation and convince every time that bike have no issues but its issue is actully exist now service centre/autho dealer demand 50rs per day parking charges for bike which is parked in service centre since march 2020 no one try to solve my bike engine issue but only demands m9ney for parking charges pls advice im im pay my bike emi timly without bike which is very deficult for me to pay for faulty vehicle pls help me out from this situation u r the last hope where i can trust foe pure judgment compney cheated us and faulty engine issue not worth for my hard work earned money pl pl pl pl advice n jelp me out im imffring without bike since i have purchased bike in feb 2020
