Text of Complaint by Aditya Hariyani:

I had bought a double-door Whirlpool fridge at 24,000 rupees and just within 3 months the fridge’s compressor is down and I’m been involved with the customer care team and raised several complaints with Whirlpool. They are continuously wasting my time and not providing any solution. It’s been more than 3 weeks and Whirlpool is repeatedly harassing me. I want to file a consumer complaint as soon as possible so that my issue is addressed and my issue is escalated to the highest possible authority of Whirlpool so that they get to know that customers cannot be taken for granted.
