I purchased dongle (Airtel My Wi-fi) , and it is not working after 2 days. I went to replace it but shop owner refused to replace it. He told me to visit Airtel Care. Why should I go to Airtel care. Airtel Care is not available in my city.

So ,it is the responsibility of shop owner to replace it.

Please do the needful.
